I had an very nice 3-night stay in a Premium Room with River View. The views were lovely, offering a peaceful ambiance while overlooking the serene waters. Every morning began with a good breakfast, featuring fresh, local ingredients and a friendly staff always ready to assist.

The spacious Premium Room offered stunning views of the river, making every moment a delight. Overall, while the location and room were impressive, the service inconsistency created a challenging experience.

The views from the balcony over the river were stunning. The room was spacious with a comfortable sofa bed, and had a nice private bathroom. Enjoyed the pool area and spa facilities like the hammam and outdoor pool. Breakfast was delightful, and there’s a fitness center too.

Air conditioning not functioning during mid-March!!! It's hard to enjoy a stay when there's a loud club next door keeping you awake all night!!! Improvements needed on proper window security!!!
